San Jose

It is the capital of the country and the most populated area, in addition its central location allows direct access to the most popular attractions.

In the city you can take a tour and get to know several points of interest such as The Plaza de la Cultura, Museo del Oro, El Teatro Nacional, as well as tour the Central Avenue that is a pedestrian shopping area.


Airport assistance

Upon arrival at the airport, you will meet our representative of the National Chamber of Tourism after Migration Control. This person will tell you how to locate at the exit the driver of Asuaire duly identified who will be in charge of your transfer to the hotel.

Day 2

Tortuguero

Tortuguero is one of the most biologically diverse National Parks in Costa Rica, also known as La Amazonia Costarricense for its impressive vegetation that surrounds the canals and the Tortuguero lagoon.


You will move from the hotel of San José to the area of Guápiles where you will have a typical Costa Rican breakfast and then continue the road trip through banana plantations and small villages in the area.

Upon arrival at the pier you will board one of the boats to sail the canals of Tortuguero and you will arrive at the Lodge where you will be served a welcome cocktail and lunch. In the afternoon you can visit the small Turtle Museum, the beach and the village of Tortuguero.

DAY 3

This day is a boat tour through the canals of Tortuguero where you will have the possibility to admire the wide biodiversity of the area. You will have free time to relax in the hotel, visit the village on your own or take an optional activity.

In the evening you can coordinate the tour to see the spawning of turtles that occurs between the months of July and October; this tour has an additional cost and you can book it once you are in the area.

The schedules and order of activities are defined by the guide on the first day depending on the weather conditions and the behaviour of the animals.

DAY 4

Arenal

La Fortuna is a quiet and charming village in which you can appreciate the imposing beauty of the Arenal Volcano; this is considered one of the most beautiful volcanoes in the world as it has a perfect cone shape and the clouds commonly come together at their highest.


After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave Tortuguero in the middle of the morning. There will be a stop in the Area of Guápiles for lunch and from here your transfer will depart to follow the route to the next destination.

DAY 5

Arenal

Day off!

In this tourist destination, which retains much of its original Costa Rican charm, you can enjoy hot springs or choose some of the adventure tourism activities offered in the area such as walks on suspension bridges, waterfalls, rafting and canopy with stunning landscapes.

DAY 6

Monteverde

Monteverde is home to a majestic cloud forest of approximately 26,000 hectares, which has a great variety of flora and fauna. The nearest town where most of the hotels in the area are located is called Santa Elena and is characterized by protecting the biodiversity of the region and the water sources that supply several rivers of the country.


You will take a transfer from the hotel reception in Arenal to your next destination. The Jeep – Boat – Jeep service is a fast, safe and fun way to travel between Arenal and Monteverde.

DAY 7

Monteverde

Day off!

In Monteverde you will be able to carry out various activities such as walking through the forest canopy through the suspension bridges, venturing into a canopy, observing the diversity of flora and fauna offered by the area, as well as learning from Costa Rican culture through tours that they teach the artisanal processes of chocolate, coffee and sugar cane.

DAY 8

Guanacaste

Sámara and Carrillo are located on the Nicoya Peninsula at a distance between them of approximately 8 km. They are small villages however you can find varied restaurants and hotels for your enjoyment. On the other hand, they are distinguished by their beautiful beaches, especially for those looking to relax in the sun.


You will arrive in this area after making the shared tourist transfer from Monteverde.

Manuel Antonio

On the Pacific coast of the country is the Manuel Antonio National Park within which are protected beaches with stunning vegetation. In Manuel Antonio you can combine beach and its different activities as well as nature and adventure.

This National Park is CLOSED on Mondays


This day you will move from Sámara to Manuel Antonio to enjoy the area and its variety of activities.

In this area you can go on sports fishing tours, canoeing in mangroves, also offer fast rafts in nearby rivers, zip lines over the forest canoof, snorkeling, diving and other maritime activities such as catamaran tours.

Finishing your trip in Costa Rica, you will enjoy breakfast at Manuel Antonio’s hotel before departing for the airport on the transfer we will coordinate for you.
