Your San José City Tour in the Afternoon start as your guide and driver take you around La Sabana Metropolitan Park. Your guide will be showing you the main icons of the city.
You will be passing by high-end neighborhoods, important commercial areas and getting into the downtown area by Paseo Colon, one of the most used gateways into the city of San José.
You will stop at the National Theater where you will visit the architectural jewel of Costa Rica. As you go into the theater, your guide will tell you why this building has such importance for the Costa Ricans and why does it reflect the base of our political and economical life in the XX Century.
You will then visit the fantastic gold museum. This museum happens to be underground in the heart of the city. It has a superb collection of pre-Columbian gold pieces as well as full explanations of all the pieces.
You will then drive by the highlights of the city. Seeing places like the congress, the elections tribunal, the national library or the old train station.
