DAY 1:

Arrival in Panama City, your driver will be waiting for you at the international airport to take you to the hotel in Panama City. Panama has a wide range of activities and its beautiful architecture stands out in the area, from the modern and contemporary to the old as in the case of Casco Viejo. Rest of the day free.

DAY 2:

After breakfast we will start exploring the city. During this tour we will learn the history of Panama while we visit the ruins of this ancient city. We will also get to know the modern part of the city and the Miraflores locks in the Panama Canal, ending with a visit to the beautiful Casco Antiguo, declared a world heritage site by UNESCO. Rest of the day free to explore the area on your own or make an optional visit.

DAY 3:

Transfer to the local airport of Albrook where you will take the flight to David where one of our representatives will be waiting to transfer you to Boquete, the main mountainous destination of Panama that is situated in a picturesque valley with a large river that runs through its center. This area has a spring climate and a friendly population, you can find a variety of lodging options, restaurants, entertainment centers, a 9-hole golf course, shops, craft markets.

DAYS 4-5:

Free days to explore the area, relax at the hotel or add an optional activity.

DAY 6:

Departure after breakfast to the Bocas del Toro archipelago which is just across the border with Costa Rica in the Caribbean zone of Panama. This area is known for its great cultural and biological diversity, as well as being one of the few places in the world where you can practice surface diving almost every day of the year. Rest of the day free.

DAYS 7-8:

Free days to explore the area, relax at the hotel or add an optional activity.

DAY 9:

Transfer to the local airport of Isla Colon to take the flight back to Panama City, transportation will be waiting for you at the Albrook airport to take you to your hotel, rest of the day off.

DAY 10:

This trip takes us deep into the Chagres jungle, where the indigenous Emberá people have lived for many years. Our adventure begins with a ride along the river in canoes, traditional boats hand carved by the Emberá. The natives will invite you to explore the surroundings with the opportunity to observe the birds and wildlife that inhabit the area. The hike will take you through the jungle and waterfalls. During our visit, the Emberás will show you part of their rituals and their knowledge of medicinal plants, natural pigments and handicrafts using palm leaves and dyed with natural pigments. Before returning to civilization, the Emberás will invite you to a traditional lunch of fresh fish and bananas and you’ll have the opportunity to buy some of their magnificent crafts.

DAY 11:

Transfer Panama City to the International Airport to get your flight home.
