Day 2
Antigua Guatemala
Today you Will get to know Antigua Guatemala. You can visit the most important monuments in the colonial city which has been declared Cultural Heritage for the humanity.
This is considered one of the most beautiful cities in all America. During the colonial period it was the capital of the Kingdom of Guatemala. Political center, Cultural, religious and economic within Central America.
In the afternoon you can visit the towns of San Juan del Obispo and Santa María de Jesús.

Day 3
Chichicastenango
Today you will depart very early in the morning to the colorful market of Chichicastenango, located in the central valley of Guatemala. From here you can visit the church of Santo Tomás.
Atitlán Lake
Later there is an exit to the lake of Atitlan, Toliman and San Pedro. You can watch the natural beauty of the lake in its cristal like water from a panoramic view of Panajachel.

Day 4
San Juan La Laguna
In the morning (at 9:00 am) you will take a boat to the town of San Juan La Laguna, where you will have the chance to to a walk and visit the local catholic church. You will arrive to the chocolate factory to know about of its making process and the textile factory where you can learn about the making of tints, later you can make a visit to the local artisans that work with medicinal plants.
At a very convenient time you will return to Panajachel to do your transfer to the City of Guatemala.

Day 5
Tikal
Today you will have breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The transfer to the airport is set at 4:00 am. You will grab a local flight (Which is not included in this package price. Check the rates with your travel consultant) to the international airport of the Mayan World.
From the airport you will take a transfer to the most important archeological place of the Mayan culture. Built during the classic period, Tikal, which in mayan means “Place of the voices”.
Once here your guide will show you a small representation of the complex of the temples and main square. You will visit the complex Q and R, and later to the main Acropolis. The Temple I “Gran Jaguar” and the Temple II “of the Mascarones”, being the second one considered one of the most important inside the complex. If time allows it you will visit the lost world and in the afternoon you will return to the visitors’ center to enjoy lunch.

Day 6
Guatemala City
After Breakfast you will begin your return to the airport to grab your flight back home. In case of having enough time you will be able to have an optional tour to discover more about the city before your flight.
